ABOUT

About

Bridget has always had deep multicultural awareness and curiosity.  This led her to study both Dance and Anthropology at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, Syracuse University in New York, and Pontificia Universidad Católica in Chile.  She has studied, volunteered, and worked with Native American and indigenous communities in New York, South Dakota, Ecuador, Chile, and Belize, which sparked her interest in natural health and wellness, based on ancient traditions, plant based medicines, organic food research, shamanism, and lifestyle. Through her education, work on organic farms and introduction to Ayurveda during her yoga teacher training, she has gained a deep foundation of long lasting health.  While training with several dance companies in Chile, she has put her practice into motion, embodying full mind, body, and spiritual harmony. Bridget's work aims to interweave health, artistic expression, cultural awareness and activism into one.

Believing in nutrition and holistic health as medicine, her services extend across the globe, and she is delighted to share her knowledge.  She is currently based in New York City, and is available for consultations in both English and Spanish regarding: yoga classes, pranayama technique, skeletal alignment, elongation, vitamin and mineral support, vegan and vegetarian recipes, natural beauty products, and energy work.

TESTIMONIAL

"When we can truly see and understand the earth, love is born in our hearts. We feel connected. That is the meaning of love: to be at one. Only when we’ve fallen back in love with the earth will our actions spring from reverence and the insight of our interconnectedness.

The earth is always there for us, offering us everything we need for our nourishment and healing."

- Thich Nhat Hanh, Wake Up to the Revolution
